One of the projects we took on was for our industry pals – Brinsop Court. They tasked us with capturing their fresh spring menu. Brinsop Court prides itself on using local ingredients and constantly innovating with vibrant, seasonal menus. Needless to say, we were absolutely thrilled to tackle this project!
What they really needed were those professional photos to capture the absolute deliciousness of their food! And we were determined to highlight the vibrant colors and tempting textures of their mouthwatering offer. Now, Brinsop Court can dazzle prospective couples with their irresistible cuisine every single day!

Brinsop Court boasts its own talented in-house chefs, meaning their wedding packages come complete with delicious food. They are passionate about showcasing the entire experience that couples will enjoy when choosing them as their wedding venue. Food is a major highlight of this experience, going beyond just a typical wedding breakfast to offer a dining experience akin to a lavish restaurant meal. Their chefs devote considerable time to meticulously preparing visually stunning meals.

Client transformation – what Brinsop Court said
The biggest problem we had before was that we had no photos to show our prospective couples who were trying to plan their dream day. All we had were a few pictures which we took on our phones but they didn’t show the dishes in the best image.
We had couples constantly asking for photos of the menu before spending a small fortune on their wedding breakfast and wanting to get it right. It grew very frustrating in the end as we only had a handful that we had taken and not the full picture.
Now that we have a full portfolio of the menu it makes it so much easier to discuss the menu with couples and gives them the confidence to see what we as a catering department can produce for their big day.
We feel like now we have these professional photos everything feels more streamlined and seamless. We can talk to couples in detail and feel proud of what we can produce.
